Some October activities

HALLOWEEN SUGAR COOKIES

Gotta love grandmas for some sugar cookie fun!!

Cloninger cousins, sugar and grandmas house? A recipe for FUN!!

Brielle sneaking frosting off in the corner... She thinks I don't notice... BUT I DO!!!!

HALLOWEEN PARTY!!

Brielle was a cute little witch! On our way to a Halloween party!

Bryce was Tigger, or I guess just a plain ol' tiger... but he didn't love the costume, so this was him for most of the night!

This pic doesn't do much justice, but the decorations for this party were AMAZING!!! I am talking weeks of preparation. I have no idea why I didn't get more pictures!!

Of course decorating a sugar cookie was one of Brielle's favorite activities that night!

Lol! Okay, I know its blurry, but I had to get at least one shot of me and Bryce together in our costumes! And yes, I am crazy looking!! Any guesses on who I might be?? Lol!

..Why I am Aunt Jemimah the syrup lady!!!!! Thanks Brandalyn for the costume!! It is seriously my favorite one of your many costumes!! And that is sweet Kelly with me and she is a sassy police girl. I just love Halloween!

PUMPKIN PATCH FIELD TRIP!!

Field trip to the Pumpkin Patch with preschool.

Bryce loved seeing all the animals...

The kids both picked out a pumpkin to keep...

So many choices!!

CUTE!

Bryce in the corn box. This was my favorite! A box full of corn to play in!! It felt so funny! Super neat, not sure how sanitary it was, but super neat still! :)

So this was the giant slide that made me nervous!! The kids would slide down it on a potato sack thing and would get going so dang fast!! One trip down Brielle flew off the side!!! It scared the crap out of me! And little brave Brielle gets right up, shakes it off and goes back down again. Whew, that was a close one!! Nuts :)

Giant pumpkins! Wow... What do you do with a pumpkin that size!! Cute Brielle sitting on top and then cute Brielle playing peek-a-boo down below!

Off to see the WITCHES...

So it is officially freezing in Utah now and Bryce still insists on going outside to play. The kid loves being outside! So this is how he looks before entering the outdoors! This picture has nothing to do with seeing the witches, but it can relate to how cold it was when we were actually "Off to see the witches!!!" It was quite a chili day when we went :)

For the past couple years during the month of October, me and my good friends take a trip to a place called Gardener Village. Its a little outdoor, boutiquey like shopping place that is super DARLING. To represent the theme of Halloween, its decorated with witches of all kinds that are scattered throughout the place. It is so dang cute and creative and the kids absolutely love it!!!!!

Cohen, Brielle, Olivia and Taeya taking a picture with the first witch we saw that day.

Brielle and me trying to stay warm in our big brown jackets!! It was sooooo cold on this day! Brrrrrr!

The kids love this shot!!! The witch in the outhouse!!! So silly!

Bryce bug eyed and so entertained!!! He really liked the witches :)

Taeya and Brielle at the little petting Zoo. They were really looking forward to the pony ride this year but I am assuming because it was so chili out that Gardener Village canceled it!!!! But that's okay, we were too cold to go for a ride anyways!!! We still had a lot of fun at Gardener Village!!!!

Cabin Adventures!

One last warm, sunny family trip to the cabin before winter! We love the cabin and have such a good time when we go.

The water is pretty darn cold, but that doesn't stop us from getting in and getting wet!!

The kids created this rock path that is shallow enough to play in. Its the highlight of the day and the sun hits it just right so we don't freeze as we play in it for hours!!

Tubing down the river is another highlight of the day!

Grandma Sue and Bryce Man snuggling to keep warm after some river playtime.

What would we do without cousins and MUD!!!

like I said, MUD!! :)

Oh and another highlight - the FOOD!!! Everyone brings the best food to the cabin!!! I think that's the most exciting part for me is all the meals we eat!!! They are the best!
